Making a good financial return on property investments means
locating genuine Below Market Value deals in order to purchase

I’ve used these techniques myself to make a lot of money to buy cheap
property.
Here’s an example:
A buyer contacted me when he saw my leaflet which informed him of my cash buying
service.
He called me and said he was looking to move quickly as he was facing
repossession due to his debt problems. He said the
property for sale was also in need of some work and he didn’t have the time to do it.
I arranged to view the cheap real estate immediately. When I knocked at the door, I did
well not to jump back in amazement.
The flat was full of rubbish; there were bits of old food on the floor and it
stank.
Anyhow, I knew that the cheap property for sale had a lot of potential so we started to discuss his
situation.
He informed me that he was moving in with his girlfriend as he was going to be
repossessed due to debt problems and he did not have the
time to go through an estate agent. He was selling the property in its current
condition and everything
was
remaining.
Based on previous experience and property value calculations, I knew that I was
on to a winner and a bargain property. It’s essential that you are able to do these calculations
quickly and accurately. I’ll show you how in my below

After a quick inspection, I knew that it would only take a big clean up, new
carpets and a splash of paint to fix the place up.
I used my proven negotiating techniques, and in a matter of 30 minutes he had
agreed to sell the property to me at 72% of its actual market value.
After all expenses were paid, the property was then re-valued at £27,000 more
than I had bought it for.
I used this money to fund other property bargains.
